Tuck Chin, Ear to Shoulder  Chin to Shoulder

Follow the Chin Rotation

Inhale
Chin tuck in exhalation, head away from table
Chin to left collar bone, inhale
Chin to left shoulder
Chin to left shoulder blade with head tilt back to the left, exhale
Chin to sky with top of head fully rested on table
Chin to right shoulder blade with head tilt back to the right, inhale
Chin to right shoulder
Chin to right collar bone, exhale
Chin tuck
Repeat from right to left
