In this video you will see an athlete going through the Czech Get-up movement. The Czech Get-up is a modification of the famous Turkish get-up utilizing landmark positions seen in early development. These positions are common exercise positions in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), a powerful therapeutic approach created by Pavel Kolar, PT, PhD from the Prague School of Rehabilitation.
